We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of receipt. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small restocking fee may apply to processed returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Products

  Safely place the gently used items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive back to us securely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
